DRAFT, for attorney review before launch. Last updated: [DATE]
This policy explains how Naor Harari, NH Assets (home purchases) and NH Construction (renovation and construction) (“we”) collects and uses information on this website.
Information we collect
- Information you submit in our form or by phone, text or email: name, phone, email, property address, details about the property and your situation, and any photos you upload.
- Basic technical data from your browser (IP address, device type, pages visited) collected through server logs and, if enabled, analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, evaluate your property, and prepare an offer, a renovation estimate, or a construction proposal.
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry.
- To keep records required by law and to protect against fraud.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box, we may text you about your inquiry. Consent is optional and not a condition of any purchase, offer, or service. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our website host, our CRM [HubSpot], and our phone/SMS provider), with attorneys and title companies involved in a transaction you agree to, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Renovation and construction requests: our partner contractor
If you submit a renovation or construction request, Naor Harari reviews it. The project may be handled by NH Construction or, only if you checked the partner-sharing box, shared with our licensed partner contractor, an independent company, so they can contact you. We share only what they need: your name, contact details, project details and any photos you send. Our partner contractor may pay iBuyAHome a referral fee. It is a separate business with their own privacy practices; any contract for work is between you and them. We do not sell your information to data brokers. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; that stops future sharing but cannot recall information already shared. [ATTORNEY REVIEW]
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards for personal information, as New York’s SHIELD Act requires: access limited to people who need it, encrypted connections (HTTPS), strong passwords and two-factor authentication on accounts that hold lead data, and deletion of data we no longer need. If a breach of private information affects New York residents, we will notify affected people and the required state agencies as the law requires. [ATTORNEY REVIEW: confirm safeguards actually in place]
Retention
We keep inquiry records for [PLACEHOLDER: retention period], unless the law requires longer.
Cookies and analytics
[PLACEHOLDER: describe analytics/cookies once GA4 or other tools are installed]
